Booking Confirmation

By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept that your booking is treated as fully confirmed from the moment of booking. This confirms your agreement to participate in the event under the terms and conditions outlined herein. 

Format Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations

We may find it necessary to make changes to the event program, date or timing. We reserve the right to do so in order to provide the best possible experience for all participants. If the changes see the event to no longer be suitable, you will be entitled to a credit to another education event. If the event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are committed to making decisions in the best interest of all participants with ample notice. However, we will not be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs that may be lost due to event postponements or cancellations. 

Attendee Absence and Refunds

Should an attendee be unable to attend a class and provides a minimum of 14 working days' notice prior to the event date, a refund may be granted. If notice is provided less than 14 days before the event, a credit may be issued for another education event. This credit will be valid for redemption within 12 months from the original event date.
